Jaqueline Marquez Rocha

Paralegal

Jackie supports clients through some of life’s most stressful transitions with steady guidance, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Drawn to family law because it blends legal advocacy with real human experience, she values helping clients feel informed, supported, and back in control during emotionally challenging times.

Jackie’s work style is organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. She takes pride in staying on top of deadlines, disclosures, and procedural requirements while keeping clients updated and reassured throughout the process.

She supports a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody and parenting time, post-decree modifications, and child support. Jackie also assists with personal injury cases and breach of contract disputes, bringing adaptability and precision across practice areas. Her strongest skills include drafting clear and persuasive pleadings, managing discovery, organizing financial disclosures, tracking critical deadlines, and maintaining consistent client communication.

Jackie is most proud of her ability to adapt across practice areas while maintaining precision and empathy. Whether assisting a family navigating a transition, an injured client seeking compensation, or supporting a contract dispute, she approaches every case with diligence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

In addition to her work as a paralegal, Jackie is currently attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Balancing full-time legal work with legal education has strengthened her discipline, time management, and analytical approach—and reflects her commitment to continuous professional growth.

Outside of work and school, Jackie enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
